First time here. Came to get roasted green chile, prices as of 08/28/26. Food stand is Cash only, produce and green chile (cash or card) at the register. Easy process by getting a basket, going inside and picking the Chile you want roasted. After paying you’ll hand the Chile and yellow ticket to the roasters and they’ll call your number once it’s ready! Will be back again!

Great place for truly local produce. Fantastic chiles, roasted whole you wait and very good value. Cafe serves good, tasty well priced food and worth a visit.

Each year, we buy their green chile, the best around, and they roast our chile. We always love the smell of great, hot green chile being smoked.

We get our chile here every year for the last 20 years! It's always delicious! The guys doing the roasting are always so nice and like to chat!

The most captivating spot in Corrales. The diverse selection of fruits and vegetables is awe-inspiring, and the red and green Chile is exceptional. For optimal flavor, the Chile should be roasted by master roasters with extensive expertise.
